Nsoromma School continues raising the bar and preparing our students for excellence in the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)!

Our spring Math Enrichment Saturdays class combines all four STEM areas in a fun class for middle school students who are intrigued by engineering, thrive with hands-on projects, and like to work with others.

Students create fun, wacky machines and contraptions that really work!

Using every day materials they:

~ learn basic engineering concepts,

~ apply and strengthen mathematical skills and knowledge,

~ reinforce middle school physical science skills, and

~ learn and practice project management skills and team work.

As always, we infuse African and African American perspectives and applications throughout the sessions.

A bonus of this class is the opportunity for students to participate in a competition -- The International Online Rube Goldberg Machine Contest for middle schoolers.   

WHO:        6th - 8th graders

WHEN:     Saturdays, February 25 - March 31;  9:30am - 12:00 noon

TUITION: $120.00  

                (Includes registration, tuition, and materials for six-week program).
